Midpoint er en ny, tv\u00e6rkirkelig NGO, der \u2013 gennem lokale partnerskaber i Danmark og Nigeria \u2013 vil v\u00e6kke h\u00e5b og skabe varig forandring for nogle af verdens mest s\u00e5rbare lokalsamfund. Vi er inspireret af evangeliets budskab og arbejder frivilligt for at bringe lys ind i m\u00f8rke situationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derfor er det med stor gl\u00e6de, at vi i bestyrelsen kan invitere dig til Midpoints f\u00f8rste ordin\u00e6re generalforsamling siden stiftelsen &#8211; uanset om du er medlem eller ej er du velkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t7e\/1\/16\/1f4c5.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcc5\">\u00a0Dato og tid: L\u00f8rdag d. 13. september 2025 kl. 14 \u2013 16<br><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t2d\/1\/16\/1f4cd.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udccd\">\u00a0Sted: Dansk Oase, Grimh\u00f8jvej 6, 8220 Brabrand \u2013 eller deltag online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi \u00f8nsker, at denne dag bliver en festdag. P\u00e5 generalforsamlingen vil du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) f\u00e5 en levende opdatering p\u00e5 de projekter og initiativer, Midpoint er i gang med \u2013 b\u00e5de i Danmark og Nigeria<br>2) h\u00f8re n\u00e6re historier fra vores partnere i Nigeria, der viser, hvordan h\u00e5b bliver til virkelighed<br>3) v\u00e6re med til at s\u00e6tte retning for vores n\u00e6ste skridt \u2013 dagsordenen f\u00f8lger vedt\u00e6gterne (ser herunder), men rammerne bliver varme og inkluderende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er et hybridm\u00f8de, s\u00e5 du kan b\u00e5de deltage fysisk i Brabrand eller online. Behandling af indkomne forslag<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Godkendelse af budget<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Fasts\u00e6ttelse af kontingent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Valg af 2-3 bestyrelsesmedlemmer og 2 suppleanter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Eventuelt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forslag, der \u00f8nskes behandlet p\u00e5 generalforsamlingen, skal v\u00e6re bestyrelsen i h\u00e6nde senest 8 dage f\u00f8r generalforsamlingen. Forslag om vedt\u00e6gts\u00e6ndringer, der \u00f8nskes behandlet, skal v\u00e6re bestyrelsen i h\u00e6nde senest to m\u00e5neder forud for udgangen af den m\u00e5ned, hvor den ordin\u00e6re generalforsamling skal afholdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00f8de- og stemmeberettigede p\u00e5 generalforsamlingen er alle medlemmer, der senest sidste hverdag forinden har betalt forfaldent kontingent. Medlemmer, der melder sig ind p\u00e5 dagen for generalforsamlingen, og betaler samtidig, har ogs\u00e5 stemmeret. Der kan ikke stemmes ved fuldmagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi gl\u00e6der os til at dele denne milep\u00e6l med dig.
